The following protocols are to be observed:

  1. All properties should be thoroughly cleaned and sanitized before a guest arrives
  2. Hosts are being encouraged to inform guests about their enhanced cleaning routine

Please be sure to review the protocols and guidelines published by the Jamaican government or health authorities at: or you can call 888-ONE-LOVE (663-5683) with any Covid-19 concerns

Guests will be given a 100% refund under the following circumstances as a result of the Coronavirus Pandemic:

  2. The country has been declared a state of emergency and placed under lockdown which prevents you from checking into your rental property.
  3. You have contracted the Coronavirus and you are unable to travel to meet your check in date. Please note: A letter certified by a doctor confirming that you have the virus will be required in order to be eligible for a refund.
